Tarkashi: Inlaying art from Rajasthan

"Taar" means “wire" in hindi.

Taarkashi is a traditional technique dear to craftsmen of Rajasthan, in which brass wire is inlaid in wooden carvings. The art form requires with great precision and perfection.

Drawing inspiration from this amazing craftmanship, we have created some beautiful wearable pieces.

What adds soul to our collection is that each wooden piece is cut by hand and inlaid with brass.
